Upon arrival at 3 pm, the room for more than 2 people was not ready, and unfortunately, it got too hot at night. However, I appreciated having a recycling bin in the room. The team at this hotel was super friendly and responsive, even changing my room swiftly upon inspection. Yet, they were insistent on a deposit for a room without a minibar. The location was perfect, close to Central Station, making it convenient to explore Sydney. The dining experience offered a good buffet selection, including both Western-style and Asian options, but it did get boring after a week. The facilities were decent, though I wished for a bit more variety. Overall, a mixed experience with some minor inconveniences.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were super quiet with total blockout curtains and Foxtel, spotless, clean, modern, and stylish. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and efficient staff. The location was superb, perfect for exploring Sydney with Central Park Mall and plenty of restaurants around. The dining experience was nice, although it could have been better. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
